Biological Flocculant ALD-1

Description:    
ALD*1 is a white or light yellow powder with hygroscopicity.
ALD*1 is soluble in water, generating vicious latex.
ALD*1 is not soluble in alcohol and alcohol-water solution of which the alcohol mass fraction is higher than *0%.
ALD*1 is not soluble in organic solvents, such as diethyl ether, chloroform and acid solution of which the PH is less than 3.
The PH value of ALD*1 solution is **8 and the Viscosity is stable when PH is **9.
 
Application:
1. ALD*1 could be used for purifying drinking water, which is approved by EPA for purification of drinking water (hardness less than *0mg/L).
2. ALD*1 could be used in various industries, such as metal smelting, sea water desalinization, paper making, printing and dyeing, pharmacy, fermentation, cultivation and textile.
 
Advantage:

1. ALD*1 is chemically stable and widely applicable at PH range of ***2 and temperature range of ***0℃.
2. ALD*1is very easy solve in water and does not require curing before using.
3. ALD*1is biodegradable without secondary pollution, thus especially suitable for purification of drinking water and urban waste water.
4. Using ALD*1 in pretreatment before membrane process could avoid generating floccules caused by incomplete precipitation, which could effectively reduce the blocking in the following membrane filtration process.
5. ALD*1 could combine with metal ion to generate water insoluble salt.
6. ALD*1 water solution could generate gel through reaction with calcium ion.
7. ALD*1 could do decolorization and deodorization.
8. ALD*1 is much better than PAM in reducing hardness, COD and turbidity, thus it could replace or work with PAM to improve the flocculation performance.
