Transparent OPS sheet is made from granular material, which is longitudinally and transversally stretched after melted and extruded out from the extruder. After biaxial extension, OPS sheet has the thickness uniformity, rigidity and transparency and other physical properties that have not been found in cast PS sheet. These properties improve its processability and application performance. OPS sheet will be more attractive after being metalized and coated.

2 Colored Biaxial Oriented Polystyrene Sheet (Abbr. Colored OPS Sheet )
Applications: snack box and tray, cake box and tray, fresh
meat tray, inner container, medicine tray, sushi box and tray and
packaging for other food.
Products colors: white, pale yellow, blue, orange, brown, black and other customized colors.
Colored OPS sheet is made by adding right amount of color masterbatch to the melting granular materials, which can bring particular color (translucent or opaque) to the sheet. The food packaging made from colored OPS sheet is in bright colors and really beautiful.

3 Anti-fog Biaxial Oriented Polystyrene Sheet (Abbr. Anti-fog OPS Sheet )
Application: snack box, cake box, cold drink box, packaging for other hot or chilled food, or the lids of two piece box.
Anti-fog OPS sheet is made by antifogging coating on one side of
the transparent OPS sheet. When the side coated with antifogging
agent is contacted with hot steam or the frost that coming out from
the hot or chilled food, there is no fog on it but its
transparency. The main difference between Anti-fog OPS sheet and
common OPS sheet is antifogging agent, which endows Anti-fog OPS
sheet wider application and better effect.

4 Freezing Biaxial Oriented Polystyrene Sheet (Abbr. Freezing OPS Sheet)
Application: packaging for the food that need to be preserved
under cold environment.
Freezing OPS sheet is made by adjusting the raw material of OPS
sheet, which can bring the sheet a better flexibility and
resistance ability to freeze. The thermoforming product of freezing
OPS sheet can survive to low temperature even low to -40℃,and the
sheet without color masterbatch seems semitransparent.
