 All coal is assumed to be exported through the port city of Vladivostok on the Russian Pacific coast and FOB prices will be quoted as such. Negotiation for alternative ports of export or CIF conditions are possible if desired. The following are the specifications for the Russian Grade of D which corresponds roughly to the American grade of High volatile sub-bituminous coal. â€‹
