Delivery will be as agreed by both Parties.

Certificate of Origin To be issued by the Authority

PROCEDURE:

1. Seller sends SCO (this document).

2. Buyer send a signed LOI with acceptance of the terms included in this SCO.

3. Seller sends FCO and Buyer sends it back signed.

4. Seller sends Draft Contract to the Buyer for amendments and signature.

5. Buyers bank sends swift for conditional MT**3 or LC to Sellers bank.

6. Buyer inspects the material at the warehouse company in Germany.

7. Buyer releases payment, against valid certificate of inspection on quality and quantity by

the laboratory designated by the Buyer, and Seller releases the goods.

Please advice that this offer will expire on January  ***8, unless we have received your

acceptance by a signed LOI to the goods described in this Offer.
