Aluminum foil lid seal liners is made of Aluminum foil and FE foam/Papercar. The thickness is 1.0mm (?0.2mm). The operation rule is very easy. Just heat the seal liner with the sealing machine and then seal to the bottle, you can finish it in 2 seconds.
Operating method:
1.Cutting seal liner according to the size of the bottle cap, putting the seal line into the cap with the Aluminum foil side towards to bottle neck, the other side towards to the cap. The bottle neck should keep balance and clean while sealing.
2. Use the sealing machine to heat the liner and seal it to the bottle neck, waiting for 2 to seconds, the seal liner will stick to the bottle firmly.
