Description   Apurified preparation of lactase derived from Aspergillus oryzae,  International Enzyme Number EC 3.2.1.*3, GB***0

At Ph4.5、*7℃,per minute releases 1umole ONP-Gis a lactase unit.

                 conditions the shelf life of the product is one year without
                 noticable loss of activity.
 
Suggested adding method:
A  activity: hydrolyze the lactase with pure water to *****0 ALU/g
B  dosage: ***0ml lactase solution per ton milk
C  temperature: 5℃—*5℃
D  pH:the nature pH value of milk,about pH6.5
E  reaction time3days below *5℃
