Introduction:
Slurry pump can be widely used in mines, electric power, metallurgy, coal, environmental protection and other industries transport slurry containing abrasive solid particles.Such as metallurgical mill pulp conveying, hydraulic ash thermal power plants, coal washery coal slurry and heavy media delivery, dredging river, river dredging, etc.In the chemical industry, also can carry some corrosive slurry containing crystallization.
Single stage, single suction, overhang shaft, centrifugal, double-casing horizontal pump, Wet ends are made of abrasive resistant hard metal or rubber.
Base- High strengthened base is connected with Frame Plate by bolts; The Adjusting Bolt under the Bearing Assembly realize easy adjustment to impeller clearance.
Bearing Assembly:
-High rigidity shaft to handle heavy duty work condition;
-Cartridge bearing assembly jointed with base by bolts;
-Grease Lube bearings fitted in sealed bearing housing, the two labyrinth on both ends prevent the grease from contamination.
Shaft Sleeve - Clearance fit between solid solution treated stainless steel shaft sleeve and shaft as well as the O-rings on both ends prevent the shaft from abrasion and erosion.
Casing - Made of Gray Iron or Ductile Iron, Ribs help casing to stand high pressure.
Impeller - Pump out vanes on both shrouds reduces recirculation and seal pressure.
Wet Ends - Impellers, liners, volutes made of High-Chrome alloy or rubber, both materials are interchangeable.
This series of pumps are preferred by many customers with special installation requirements and
widely applied in pool. Its wear-resistant metal liner could handle abrasive slurries with rough particles and high concentration.
DC Type: The output shaft of a motor is directly connected to the input shaft of a pump via a pump coupler. This type of connection is suitable for applications where the speed of the slurry pump is the same as that of the motor.
CV Type: The pump is driven by a belt connected to the crankshaft of the engine. This way of connection allows for saving space, easy installation, and fast adjustment of pumping speed. The motor is fixed to the motor support frame which is located on the bearing support above the slurry pump.
ZVZ Type: Another type of belt drive that allows easy adjustment of pumping speed. The motor is directly fixed to the bearing support. This way of installation is suitable for motors with larger horsepower than is possible with
CV type of installation. Due to the installation of motor onto the bearing support, this method helps save installation space.
CRZ Type: This type of belt drive makes it easier to adjust pumping speed. The installation allows both the motor and slurry pump to be fixed to the ground. The motor is installed to the side of the pump. This installation method is suitable for large-power motors.
