Description & Introduction:

pet bottle granules making machine adopts parallel twin screw, which is special design for waste PET processing; also it can recycle material such as PP, PE, ABS and PS material etc

This line can adopt different palletizing method according to different molds, such as strand type of pelletizer, water ring pelletizer, and underwater pelletizer.

Higher homogenization efficiency downstream of filtration and upstream of degassing enhances the subsequent degassing performance and improves the characteristics of melt. According to the character of PET itself, this step is very important and will influence the quality of PET pellets.

Features and Application:

a. novel design, reasonable structure, stable operation, low noise, low energy consumption and high yield etc.

b. Vacuum exhaust or natural exhaust port design can exclude the waste gas and discharging water in the production process, which can be more stable in extrusion, more dense particles, and guarantee the good quality of the product.

+Fiber Reinforcement: glass fiber, carbon fiber reinforced PP, PA, PBT, ABS, AS, PC, POM, PPS, PET, etc.

+Polymer Blending: blending of PC/ABS, PA/ABS, PP/EPDM, PA/EPDM, PP/SBS, etc. Incorporation of Fillers: CaCO3, Talc, TiO2, carbon black filled PE, PP, or EVA etc.

+Cable Compounds: cable sheath, cable insulation compounds of LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, MDPE; radiation- crosslink able compounds, optical fiber protection compounds, heat-shrinkable polymer compounds.

+Special Compounds: PPR pipe compounds, PE compounds for cross linked pipes, tobacco filter compounds etc.

+High Concentration Color Master Batches: PE, ABS, PS, EVA, PET, PP etc. with high concentration of pigments and other processing aids.

+Master batches with Flame-Retardants: PP, PA, ABS, EVA, PBT, etc. with flame retardants and other additives.

+Special Functional Master batches: Master batches with anti-static, anti-bacteria, or other special functional fillers.

+Master batches for Degradable Polymers: PP, PE, PS, etc, blended with high concentration of starch and other processing aids.

Installation and Debugging: 
Pre-sale: we given client the details technician offer, sign the sales contract etc.
In-sales: we supply the details layout, installation instruction, technician support for the clients.
After sales: we arrange engineer to install the machinery and training the workers for client. We always up date the new technology to every customer.

Delivery and Shipping:

After the contract comes into effect, buyer pay deposit, we will start to produce. When all the machines are completed, buyers come to factory to observe and test machine by themselves, until all the machines are satisfied with the buyers, they can pay for the other balance. Our company arrange to shipping goods to buyer. We provide the goods to be shipped by air or by sea. Pictures of cargo loading will be sent to every client to check and keep recording.
