LNG available for Sale

Description

The following are the conditions for us to supply you Gas (LNG):


1. Buyer write Letter of intent to seller, stating the quantity to purchase and the number of years  needed to supply it.


2. Seller issue cooperate offer to buyer


3. Buyer issue acceptance letter to seller


4. Buyer to provide the following document:


(a)Company profile


(b)Letter from Buyers bank stating Buyers ability to purchase the said product, if possible audited account.


5. Seller verify buyers document and issue SPA to Buyer, Buyer sign and return. Seller process the said product at NNPC/NLNG covering the period stated on Buyers (LOI).Buyer issue (L/C) to seller.
Transaction commence.


6. Delivery Term: FOB
