-Round Pistachio (fandoghi): Available in ****0 & ****2

This type is the most exporting grade of the Iranina pistachios.

- Jumbo Pistachios (Kaleh ghouchi): Available in ****6 & ****8

This size is very big round shape pistachio with a wide opened mouth which give a great look when it goes into bunch of nuts.

- Long Pistachio Akbari: Available in ****4 & ****6

This type got a long shape and very familiar among Iranian families int their dried fruit and nuts mixes.

- Closed shell Pistachio: Available in round and long pistachio. Darya Shamin Rastak sorting them also based on the kernel which is %*7, %*9, %*0. Which means If you get *0 tons of closed shell pistachio you will have *7% *0ton of kernel which will be 9.4 tons of pistachio kernel (exclude the machine wastes)

- Pistachio kernel Grade A (normal): Available for Round pistachio and Long pistachio. Comes from breaking the closed shelled pistachios.
