The mechanical vibrating feeder also called Vibratory feeder which is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from Silo to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow and to feed materials into the crusher continuously and uniformly also to screen the materials in the sandstone production line. It has the ability of adjusting the feeding quantity, and is widely applied in crushing line and screening line in the following departments: mine, stone crushing plant, metallurgy, building material, chemical industry, coal mine and so on.
 

2 Benefit of vibrating  feeder   

1) small cubage, light weight, simple structure, easily fixed and maintenance, .and no need to lubricate; 
2) low energy consumption due to the vibrating resonance principle and double plastid works at low critical nearby resonance; 
3) higher concentration of feeding material 
4) little damage to the feeder chute, because the material in the chute is continuously thrown and moves bound around along the track of parabola.
