Whole Milk Powder, also known as Full Cream Milk Powder, is the soluble powder made by spraying fresh pasteurized cows milk. It has good solubility, good flow process and rich creamy flavor. Whole Milk Powder is suitable in wide range of application including dairy products, bakery and confectionery products, dry blends, nutritional supplements and snack foods. Our Whole milk powder shall be entirely free from lumps and practically free from visible dark particles.

STORAGE, HANDLING & SHELF-LIFE
Typical shelf-life is *2 months in the original unopened packing when kept under optimal storage conditions (cool, dry and odour free - temperature <*5 ºC., relative humidity below *5 %). Packages should be kept in a dry ventilated facility and should not be placed in direct sunlight or in direct contact with floors and walls.
