The Alkaline Protease is a solid enzyme produced by submerged fermentation from Bacillus licheniformis . It is widely applied in detergent, leather de-hairing and softening, silk de-gumming. Product quality complies with South African  national standards GB*********9.

I.   Characteristics 

Alkalnei Protease can efficiently hydrolyze the macromolecular protein into  free amino acids.

1. Appearance: yellow-brown powder (no deliquescencence and caking)
