The fist key
step is to crush all raw material into small particles or powder
for feed making.
This self-suction hammer mill is used to absorb the solid materials
such as corn, soybean,wheat, sorghum to be crushed. It is made of
feeding pipe, rack,rotor,hammer,sieve and discharging channel.
After the raw materials evenly enter into the crushing chamber,
they shall be stroken and broken by the high-speed rotating
hammers.In the function of airflow, the broken raw materials
gradually move along the rotor and quickly crushed by continuous
hitting,collision,friction generated from hammers,toothed
plate and sieve. The crushed particles or powder is discharged
through the holes on the sieve by the centrifugal pressure of the
rotor.
Vertical mixing machine is consist of inlet,rack,body and outlet,it
uses the high speed rotating screw to elevate the crushed raw
materials from the bottom to the top inside the body, then they are
thrown down to the bottom.Such tumbling blending from up and down
with several times is done to achieve homogeneous mixing in short
time.

Feeder is driven by the
motor to convey the raw material into conditioner with adjustable
speed. It is consist of inlet,shaft, spiral thread and outlet.After
the motor is switched on, The shaft rotates at first, then the
spiral thread push the raw materila forward to finish
conveying.Because the raw material is scattered and make a spiral
motion inside the feeder, therefore to avoid the blocking or
caking.
Conditoner is a process for heating and watering
the raw material powder to improve the feed pellet quality, if
saying the feed pellet is **0% prime qualiy, the conditioner
function can account for *0 %.
It has four
functions:
1.make the raw material powder curing for animal digestion and
assimilation.
2.Sterilizing for feed safety with low cost and without drug and
pollution.
3.Improve the raw material moisture content
to strenghten the raw material stickiness for pressing
more compact feed pellet, the surface is smooth and easy to
store .
4.the raw material powder is soften to easy for pelleting,
improve feed quality and hourly capacity , meanwhile, to longthen
the roller and ring die service life because of reducing
friction.
Feed pellet formation there are three forces in the pressing chamber to form the final pellet
*Roll force: the force from the roll is acting
on the material.This is the force that compresses material or
extrudes it through the die holes.
*Die
force:This
is the force from the die that resists the flow of material though
the holes.This force is designed into the system to produce the
flow resistance or back pressure that forces individual feed
particles together ,where they bond and form
pellet.
*Slip resisting
force: finally,
there is a frictional force derived from material contact with the
die.This partical force keeps the material from squirting along the
face of the die in front of the roll.This force is related to the
pressure exerted by the roll and the frictional
characteristics of the feed itself.This force is simillar to that
which brings a car to a stop when the brakes are
applied.
4.Feed cooling
machine
The feed pellet
can be up to ****0 ℃ after it is just produced, therefore
the cooling machine is necessary to cool them
down.
The cooling principle of
this machine is unique,which relies on the reverse movement between
the cool wind and the pellets,as a result,the material cools down
from the bottom to the top,which avoids the pellets surface from
split by sudden cooling.or that the heat dissipating slowing.the
machine is of high yield and cooling effect,it is of high automatic
degree with low noise and rare maintenance,which is the senior
cooling down equipment.
