The OS***7CNC is one color automatic UV container screen printing machines feature fully SERVO driven of X, Y, 



Z axis, the servo driven system instead of current complicate pneumatic and mechanical driven for top efficiency 



and top precision.The Omron or Allen-Bradley (optional) PLC and touch screen controller gives the operator 



complete control over the printing station of print head, screen frame and fixture, the parameters can be easily 



adjusted for the set-up technician.

The distinctiveOS***7CNC is design for decorate round, oval, triangle, square, hexagon, octagon, and special 



shaped containers by one time, and pneumatic and mechanical driven machine take several times to finish the 



print job.

The OS***7CNC system is equipped with Heraeus Fusion or ALPHA-CURE brand UV curing units (optional) which 



are outfitted with high intensity mercury UV bulbs.
