Skim Milk Powder is produced from fresh cows milk, with the removal of water and fat. It is has been pasteurised, evaporated and spray dried.
APPLICATIONS:
Bakery, chocolate and confectionary products. Recombination of milk.
Infant formula and dietary foods, beverages, desserts. Soups, sauces and processed cheese.
