Procedure
1. Buyers issue ICPO with Full details also international passport copy.

 

2. Seller sends the CI and SPA to buyer.

3. Buyer returns the signed CI, SPA along with copy of NCNDA/IMFPA and TSA to seller.

4.Seller will get latter Guarantee from his bank and forward to buyer and buyer forward to his bank for endorsement.

5. Seller provides the Buyer with DTA and ATV to conduct Dip Test
in refinery reservoir (with Refinery product allocation code)

6. After Buyer gets the SGS Report, he provides TSR to Seller,

7. Seller injects fuel to buyer tanks.

8. Buyer conducts with his SGS inspectors, Dip test in buyer\'s tank9. Seller Bank issues the full pop document to buyer bank

*0. Buyer pays via MT**3 at the product location.

*1. Seller issues title ownership to buyer

*2. Seller pays Seller/Side and buyer pay Buyer/Side for commissions to all intermediaries as per IMFPA/NCNDA *4 hours after receiving payment from buyer.
