1） Three dimensional gray cast iron welding platform:

â‘  After the casting is completed, the whole annealing process is adopted, Shot peening to remove the casting impurities; and then, put it in the open air, the natural aging time is longer than 6 months, in order to completely eliminate the casting internal stress .

â‘¡ No pores, trachoma, cold laps, cracks and other defects.

2） Three dimensional Q**5B and SUS**4 welding platform:

â‘  The whole annealing process is adopted, Shot peening to remove the welding impurities.

â‘¡ There are no defects such as blowhole, leakage welding, cold crack, welding and so on.
