Adopt crystalline silicon ingoting to prepare silicon ingot and mixboron (B). Adopt multi-wire (mortar or diamond wire) cutting process, and more ***-/***-/***-piece irregular polycrystalline silicon wafers are distributed on the surface of original silicon wafer.




The conventional production process of solar cell is adopted for manufacture, and its edge distance is **6.*5mm and diagonal line distance **0mm, with its power ranging from 4.4W to 4.6W.



Compared with monocrystalline silicon solar cell, the polycrystalline silicon one is relatively low in the cost, with longer life service.
