Thomas filters sealant used in HEPA
(THO*****7)
Outline It is a one-component modified epoxy adhesive. The
surface of the firm bonding is smooth and bright. The bonding can
be formed only if heated.
Applications It is applied to the bonding and sealing of the
frames to filter media which can be made of plastics, composite
fibers as well as the matal mesh.
Features It is sticky paste.
Curing time: It sets within *5 mins when heated at the temperature
of **0°C.
Being weather and heat-resistant, it adapts to a wide range of
temperature and bonds well under high temperature.
Having low shrinkage, it can stand temperature shocks.
Youll get long term durability and resistance to moisture,
chemicals, oils, and temperature extremes even if it is exposed to
some harsh environment
Shelf time is one year at **5°C.

Instruction 1. Clean the surface of the material with our
special cleaning agent, make sure they have no dust or oxide layer
on them, wait until they are dry.
2. Pour the adhesive into the gap.
3. heating (heating temperature is suggested to be between **0°C to
**0°C)
1) Put it in the oven, heat it at the temperature of **0°C for *5
minutes or even longer depending on the heat absorbtion rate of
material choosing.
2)Put it in the oven and rise the temperaute gradually,switch to
**0°C, and heat for 5 minute, and then rise the temperature to **0
or **0°C , heat it for *0 minutes.
Notes 1.If it has contact with skin, you should wash
thoroughly with soap and water.
2 It is advised to be stored in the fridge with its temperature
between 5°C to *0°C , and keep them away from fire.
3 Cover the lip after using it.
