The seller has the responsibility export in Custom offices in Azerbaijan. Moreover send on goods the Health Certificate, Veterinary Certificate, Standard Certificate (ISO), Veterinary Permission, egg testis of laboratory, Origin Certificate prepared by the Azerbarlan Authorities with the shipment. The seller is guarantied that the eggs are free from Mg, Ms, Sp. The veterinary certificates which are given by the state veterinary service of Azerbaijan Republic Ministry of Agriculture.

The Parties agree that they will bring out its responsibilities and commitment which are the subject of the contract .Commitmentt don*t take the property if the buyer is obliged to pay the cost of goods.
