Polyester resin impregnated fiberglass banding tape is made of parallel twisted Fiberglass yarns pre-impregnated with a kind of   thermalsetting epoxy resin. It is soft and sticky. It is widely used for electrical motors, transformers, lightning arresters and mutual inductors.
