Question:  What is the standard packing for the machine?
 Answer: Usually plywood wooden cases .Unless otherwise specified, the equipment shall be packed in new and strong wooden cases and necessary measures shall be taken to protect the equipment from moisture, rain, rust, corrosion, shock and damages so as to make the equipment withstand repetitious handling, loading and unloading as well as long distance ocean and inland transportation.

 Answer: Our warranty period is 6 months. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, it can be compensated under normal operating conditions.
