Description

The rigid type strander is driven by *6 variable steps drive gear-box, with dual active, dual hauling capstan. Wire pay-off tension is controlled pneumatically to guarantee constant tension in full loaded bobbin or empty bobbin. The machine can stranding the copper wire of **0mm2 above *0% compressed intensity rate, which can meet the requirement of big across-area XLPE cable. Driven by DC motor, the imported PLC and touch Screen which is convenient for the operator to set and display the parameter on the touch screen.

 Rigid Strander  is used for copper or aluminum wires to be bunched into huge single unit of compact conductor for XLPE, Shaped, Spiral or Pre-Spiral

 Pay-off,mainframes of *-reel, **-reel, **-reel,**-reel and **-reel, die holder, haul-off unit, take-up and other electrical equipment

           1. adopting rigid structure, the centre spindle is not influenced by the weight of the thread reel,then its rigidity intensity

                   is high, and the whole capacity is perfect, and running speed is rapid.

2. Thread reel is pressed on with electromotion and manipulate by hand ,each of which has machine locked safeguard.

3. It can be equipped with centralized up-down reel according to your requirements.
