Dore gold from African mines

I have very reputable gold mines on my books. These smaller African gold mines sell their product (dore bars) at a substantial discount to the LME price. They all can ship world-wide on a CIF basis - the buyer only pays after assay at his refinery of choice. However, the buyer MUST be able to issue an SBLC or adhere to the following procedure: Buyer will first issue non-operative MT **9 or SBLC to the seller\'s financier bank. In return teh seller\'s financier will send 2% PB to the buyer\'s bank. After freceiving the PB, the MT **9 or SBLC will be activated.
