Description
This tire shredding line is specially designed to recycle the scrap
tires by shredding scrap tires and convert them into rubber powder,
rubber granules, and take the wires and fiber cord out.
As per the customer’s requirement, the output could be TDF, RUBBER
MULCH, RUBBER GRANULES, RUBBER POWDER etc. The production capacity
could be range from 500 Kg/Hr upto 10 Tons/Hr.
In general, it only requires THREE steps to convert the waste tires
into valuable rubber resources.
Step 1:
Put the tires on debeader to take the bead wires out.
Step 2:
Shred the scrap tires into rubber block by dual shafts shredder;
Step 3:
Feed the rubber blocks into dual-roll cracker mill to convert them
into pure rubber powder, or rubber granules.
Step 4:
Feed the coarse rubber powder into disc grinding mill to make fine
rubber powder. This is an optional step; it happens only when the
wanted rubber powder sizes are above 60 meshes.
