This product has excellent functions of permeation, dispersion, washing, degreasing.Itcan makeNaoH enter the fiber to emulsify fully, dissolve, expand, extract, remove cotton powder shell and impurities effectively. It is suitable for the refining, desizing and bleaching of cellulose fiber and blended fabric. The treated fabric has high whiteness, good wettability and high wool efficiency. It provideswithclean, fresh and uniform semi-products for the next process.

Application:

1) Desizing / Destarching：Amylase  3-8g/L  NaoH  3-5g/L   Scouring (Refining) agent   1-3g/L  

2) Boiling： NaoH  40-60g/L   Scouring (Refining) agent 5-10g/L  Chelating agent  2-4g/L   

Decatizing 95℃→102℃*40→60 minutes

3) Bleaching：H2O2  3-6g/L   Scouring (Refining) agent   1-3g/L   Oxygen bleaching stabilizer  3-6g/L    NaoH  1-3g/L  Decatizing 95℃→105℃*40→60 minutes
