Specification:

This product is a kind of multifunctional finishing agent. It is suitable for hydrophilic finishing of cotton, polyester, silk, nylon and blended fabrics, and so on. After finishing, fabrics can be given soft, fluffy, hydrophilic effect. It is especially suitable for finishing printed fabrics, such as swimsuit cloth. The softener not only has good hydrophilicity and soft handle, but also has good color fastness. So such problem in the market is no longer in existence:- for hydrophilicity only, but with no color fastness, no soft hand-feeling.

Product features:

*With strong adaptability, it is suitable for bothDip-batch→dry→curing,andhigh temperature dyeing, and finishing.

*It can give polyester and its blended fabrics easy Decontamination, durable breathability and moisture permeability.

* Slight effect to color shade ofyarn dyed fabrics.

*Dyeing in the same bath finishing, it can preventfrom creasing, chicken-clawmark whenpolyester in overflow dyeing machine due to long time extrusion; the fabric can be given puff and soft hand feeling. 

*Especially suitable for knitted sweatshirts, sports socks and other fabrics, as well as towels and other fabrics.

Application:

1) High temperature and high pressure dyeing in the same bath: add 2%-4% (o.w.f) and then add other auxiliaries and dyes;

2)Dip-batch→dry→curing finish:10-40g/L  double-dip-double-nip padding; 90℃ stoving; 170℃ curing    30-60 seconds
