Specification:

This product is an ideal polyester whitening agent with high whiteness, strong fluorescence, low dosage, pure and bright color and so on. It is suitable for whitening and brightening of polyester and its blended fabrics, and can also be used for whitening of acetate fibers.

Application:

1. Pad dyeing hot melting method   Dosage:1.5-4g/L

  Process flow：double-dip-double-nip padding（Rolling surplus rate 70%）→preliminary drying

（100℃）→Curing（180-200℃，20-30S）

 Note:Forpretreatment, be surethatafter fabricis cleanto prevent the fabric with residual alkali.

2. Dipdyeingmethod   Dosage: 0.15-0.4%（o.w.f）

   Bath ratio     1:10-30      

   Dyeing temperature   100-135℃  

   Holding time    30-60 minutes

   pH              6-13

   The specific process is requested to be adjusted by the user at the discretion of sampling.

Safety & Precaution:

1. Shake well before use, then weigh accurately;

2. After whitening the product by alkali bath, be sure to wash it fully without residual alkali on the fabric;

3.After dyeing by soaking at low temperature, color can be normally produced by setting under 180 ℃. The higher the soaking temperaturereach at 130-135℃, the higher the whiteness value is.
