Specification / Characteristic:

This product is with a style and/or characteristic to make all kinds of fibers fluffy, soft and bright and elastic after finishing. Also, it can improve the tear strength of the fabric.

It is suitable for cotton, polyester yarn and blended fabrics for reducing the oil feeling of the fabric, improving the freshness of the fabric, increasing the brightness of the fabric. It is a kind of popular textile hand-feeling finishing agent in the market, functioning as fluffy, soft, shiny, smooth.

1) This product is resistant to high temperature, electrolyte, acid and alkali resistance, shear resistance, low yellowing, non-stick roll, non-dip vat;

2) Finished by this product, the fabric has lasting anti-washing effect, keeping good effect of fluff, soft, bright and smooth.

Application:

Dipping(impregnation) method：1-4%（o.w.f)      

Pad-batch method： 10-50g/L   double-dip-double-nip padding（nipping / rolling surplus rate 60-70%）→110℃~130℃ baking→  160℃~190℃ shape setting

Scope of application   

1、Dye-works： Finishing of cotton, ramie, polyester cotton and denim fabrics

2、Towel factory：The towel will be soft, bulging, plump, thick after finishing

3、Washing plant (laundry)：Bulking, softness, thickening for Fabric of denim, sweater, and other washing cloth

4、Knitting mill：Finished with fluffing and soft finishing, the knitted fabric can be pulled to the required width and not easily deformed.
