Specification /Performance:

1) Dispersion, emulsification, good permeability, low foam, strong decontamination;

2) In neutral and weakdye-bath, it not only has special effect on removing oil dirt, but also has special functions such as desizing, whitening, preventing dye condensation, ensuring even dyeing and so on. It is an ideal assistant for polyester and blended fabrics to scouring and dyeing in the same bath.

3)Usedforpretreatment process to remove alkali resistant silk, wool fabric, leather on oil stains, the effect is obvious, no damage to the fiber.

Application:

Dyeingfor Polyester and its Blended fabrics in the same Bath

Process:Oil remover  1~5g/L;high temperature levelling agent 0.5 ~2g/L;Acetic acid 0.4~0.6ml/L; dye X g

Bath ratio:1:10 ~20; heat up to 130 ℃for 20 minutes preservation

For alkali-resistant silk or woolen fabric that is with heavy oil stains.

Process: Oil remover  2~3g/L

Bath ratio:  1:10~20;  pH  about8;  temperature 95-98℃;  time frame 20~40 minutes
