This product is suitable for denim washing,suitable forsmooth finishing for cotton, polyester / cotton, polyester superfine denier, mercerized yarn, ready-made mercerizing garments and other fabrics, and smooth, fluffy, soft, bright and delicate feel can be given.

This product is widely used in all kinds of fiber yarns and fabrics, especially in denim washing. It can endow the fabric withfunctions asbright, drape, elastic, super loose, super soft,andsuper smooth hand-feeling. It is with character of non-stick hand after drying, resistant to washing and dry cleaning. It has silk luster with no effect on the whiteness and color fastness of fabric after washing.No APEOiscontained, meets environmental protection requirements.

Application:

It is suitable for fabric with high brightness and smoothness.

1)Dipping (impregnation) method: smoothing agent 2 - 5%; temperature around 40 ℃; pH 4.5 6.5; time frame 20-30 minutes.

2) Pad-batch method: smoothing agent 10 - 40g/L; temperature about 40 ℃; pH 4.5 - 6.5 rolling surplus ratio 70 - 80%;time frame 20  30 minutes.
