Description:

Biological finishing is a permanent functional finishing process for cellulose fabric, which makes the fabric with good pilling resistance. In addition, the development and application of C5B make it feasible to finish polishing and dyeing process in one bath. Thus, the cost and resources of the factory production can be greatly saved.

Suggestions for use

TY-C5B can be used on all overflow, jet dyeing machines and other wet treatment equipment that provide mechanical agitation.TY-C5B is added to finish after bleaching and deoxygenation. Before adding TY-C5B, the pH and temperature of dyeing bathwill be adjusted to meet the requirements of polishing. After 20-30 minutes of adding TY-C5B polishing enzyme, the polishing enzymewill be inactivated by heating or adding alkali, so as to avoid more damage to fabric caused by enzyme.

Storage

The enzyme product will gradually decrease its activity after storage for a certain time, and the decrease of enzyme activity mainly depends on the storage temperature. Cold storage of enzyme products is recommended. When stored in a closed 25 °c (77 °f) container, the product can maintain its claimed vitality for more than 12 months. Prolonged storage or other harmful conditions, including higher temperatures, may lead to higher product additions
