Specification/ Characteristic:

It is environmental-friendly fixative oil. It is used for dyeing cotton, viscose fiber and polyester / cotton blended fabric, by using reactive dyes, direct dyes, vat dyes and vulcanized dyes.

* It contains no formaldehyde and heavy metal ions, and has the same effect as the traditional formaldehyde resin fixative agent. Especially, it can be improved significantly for the fastness to washing and wet treatment in direct dyes and reactive dyes.

* There is no ammonia release and heating does not decompose, under the influence of high temperature and / or pH value, so it is a suitable for post-treatment, for dyeing of package yarn(yarn on cones) and other fabrics at high temperature dyeing.

* It is also effective at low temperatures, can be used at 40 ℃, it still has good fastness to washing and moisture treatment, and prevent dye migration.

* It is also suitable for the fixation of vat dyes, sulphide dyes and indigo dyes.

Application:

1. Dipping (Impregnation) method：

(1) Rinsing fabric，Removal of floating and residual dyes for fabrics dyed with direct dyes（Soap wash if necessary）；For fabrics dyed with reactive dyes, residual salt, alkali and water-soluble dyes are removed.

(2) In clear water around 25℃, add3～6%（o.w.f.）formaldehyde-free fixative  agent - NJF，no pH conditioning agent is needed to adjust the acidity of dyeing bath，Cycle dyeing and heating to 50℃，Under this condition, to be treated for 20 minutes.

2. Continuous method：

(1) The dyeing bath temperature is 25℃，no PH is adjusted，as excessive acetic acid has a negative effect on wet treatment fastness and washing fastness of fabric.

(2) Keep the concentration of KDM-B 28 solution at 30g /L in the dye bath.

* Dipping (Impregnation) method：Dilute high concentration silicone oil：2-5%（o.w.f)   bath ratio：1：10-15  temperature：normal temperature   time frame：15-30 minutes

* Pad-batch method：Dilute high concentration silicone oil：10-50g/L  single-dip-single-nip padding or double-dip-double-nip padding

Storage:  Store in a cool, dry & ventilated place; avoid from direct sunlight and high temperature; no absorption of moisture.
