Composition:  Polymeric active organic silicon

Specification:

This product can be used for finishing for cotton, polyester and their blended fabrics, wool, silk, acrylic fiber and all kinds of fabrics. for finished fabrics, excellent improvement can be given as soft, fluffy, bright, smooth, wrinkle resistance, tear strength. Also, this product has excellent emulsification stability, can be dyed in the same bath with resin and other additives, low yellowing.

Application:

1、Dye-works：   Finishing for cotton, silk, wool, polyester and other fabrics;

2、Washing plant：Soft, bulging/fluffy, smooth finishing for denim, wash cloth, sweater and so on;

3、Knitting mill： Soft treatment for knitted fabric before setting, the cloth is stretched to the desired extent and does not deform easily

* Dipping (Impregnation) method：Dilute high concentration silicone oil：**5%（o.w.f)   bath ratio：1：****5  temperature：normal temperature   time frame：****0 minutes

* Pad-batch method：Dilute high concentration silicone oil：****0g/L  single-dip-single-nip padding or double-dip-double-nip padding
