This adhesive is a new kind of environmental protection ones with high performance and price ratio. It is designed and developed by TY TexChem, using its own special modified acrylic resin binder. Compared with similar products in the market, this adhesive has a soft hand feel, matte, high extension, non-stick to hands, strong shading. The proportion of color species in ***0%, friction fastness can reach more than 4 grades/levels, weather resistance, strong maneuverability (smooth, not plug), good fastness to washing, no fading, no de-coating by machine washing at *0 ℃ for more than *2 hours.

Direction for use

Ideal results can be achieved for direct printing of ordinary knitted fabrics, such as elastic cloth species, it is recommended to use base pulp to render **3 times, and then cover the surface.

Note：The proportion of this product should be adjusted according to the fabric and the color depth, so that the bottom color of the cloth can be covered, and the proportion of color species is low. It is the most suitable status that the pulling force of the pulp itself and the hand feel will not change.

Heating：The product is synthesized self-crosslinking resin by using room temperature. After printing, the product should be stored at room temperature for more than 3 hours to make the resin self-crosslinking reaction and then to heat it the best. Heating temperature and time are: **0℃ - **0℃ × 2 minutes 3 minutes.

Remarks:

1. When this product is used for color printing, it is a must to match the same white / transparent pulp, do not mix at will.

2, If additives are needed to add before printing, it is a must to carry out a trial experiment in advance to determine the amount of additives, the amount of catalyst, crosslinking agent and so on, for example, is generally controlled at 0.3% - 1%. The amount of fixing agent is generally controlled in the range of 0.5% - 2%.

3、This product should be used up within 8 hours after adding additives. It is forbidden to mix the slurry with additives into the original packaging barrel.

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - *5°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than *0% when without use.

Shelf life:  6    months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at*0kg,**5 kg / barrel, lined with PE polybag.
