SPECIFICATION / FUNCTION  

Used in denim, knitting and other fabrics to produce similar batik dyeing effect, but more full effect of cracks can be shown. It can produce more natural crack effect with stable quality. Combined with high manganese spraying, dreamy patterns and progressive colors can be obtained. The process is simple and suitable for garment or garment cutting.

APPLICATION [Recommended process flow]

Printed or cracked paste → stoving → Spray potassium permanganate solution or paint at cracking place → airing or stoving  → neutralized cleaning

A certain thickness of pulp is required in the cloth, if thick, there will be more sparse lines; if printed with silk screen, multiple cover printing is needed. Mix well before use.

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - *5°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than *0% when without use.

Shelf life:  6   months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at *5 kg / barrel, lined with double layer of PE polybag.
