SPECIFICATION / FUNCTION  

TY-G188 nylon solid slurry is a high performance acrylic copolymer emulsion with reactive group. It is specially used for printing nylon and chemical fiber base material. The product has high stability, high color printing content, bright color, excellent color fastness, uniform coloring and not easy to appear color aberration. Excellent printing operation, soft hand feel, good screening, no screen cloging, resistant to washing.

1. No formaldehyde, no APEO, no phthalate, fully in line with national environmental protection and health requirements.

2. Self-crosslinking at room temperature, energy saving and environmental protection. 3. Fabric feels soft, clear design, bright color, strong solid color fastness, washing resistance, etc.

4. Wettability, good at mechanical properties, stability of the coating, construction, and excellent slow dryness, not plug the screen.

5. The color paste is easy to be prepared, no requirement of compatibility sequence, no additional crosslinking agent is required, the prepared color paste has good stability, and the surface is not crusted after 30 days\' storage in a capped container.

APPLICATION

Mainly used for printing nylon, chemical fiber and other fabrics. It is suitable for high standard, high request printing of round screen, flat screen and hand craft paint printing.

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - 25°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than 60% when without use.

Shelf life: 12   months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at 50kg, 125 kg / barrel, lined with double layer of PE polybag.
