SPECIFICATION / FUNCTION  

This series of products are special effects paste for textile printing, composed from polymer special resin, additives compound. For this series of products, natural cracking texture effect will be appeared after when drying after printing. It is easy to operate. Products are free of phthalic acid,PVC, formaldehyde and harmful metals. They are in line with environmental protection requirements of the European Union, the United States and Japan.　　　　　　

APPLICATION

[Characteristics]　

Cracking is uniform & fine, similar to the effect of tortoise back, natural cracks. Base the rendering pulp first, then mix the cover (usually 1:1) with cracked white pulp, transparent and uniform mixing. If the fastness is increased, crosslinking agent 0.3%--1.5% can be added, to press at 140ºC for 15 seconds.

[Process reference]

1. Use special rendering pulp to base printing one to two times, blow dry.

2. Print with cracking paste two to three times, blow crack on the table board (Attention: that the sheet should be glued to the plate firmly, no cracking again after cloth is taken away).

3. Take away the cloth, hold for four hours, press with pressing machine. (80ºC x 10 seconds)

4. Finished product.

N.B.:

1、Using 80-120 mesh screen printing;

2、Base with this special rendering pulp to increase fastness and soften the feel.

3、The texture size is related to the thickness of the slurry layer. The thinner the slurry layer is, the smaller the crack is. On the other hand, the bigger the crack is and the thicker the rough print is, the better the crack effect is, and the ordinary screen plate is printed twice. After the first printing, it should not be too dry (it is good with no cracks), printing the second time, a better effect will be by using a thick screen.

4、The proportion of white pulp is high and the crack is better. Drying methods also affect the effect of cracks, the faster, the better.

5、Crosslinking agent may be added when fastness is high (recommended addition amount is 0.3% - 1.5%).

6、Can not be mixed with cationic additives.

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - 25°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than 60% when without use.

Shelf life:  6    months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at 50kg, 125 kg / barrel, lined with double layer of PE polybag.
