TY***9A/**9B which belongs to the acrylic modified polyurethane resin is a kind of high performance and price ratio product developed for its high demand, high fastness, washing water resistance, good hand feel, high elasticity and soft, strong stereoscopic feeling and so on. Suitable for all kinds of cotton cloth, T/C fabrics.

It is suitable for all kinds of cotton cloth, T/C fabric, and has high fastness and strong stereoscopic effect.

1. Water-based non-toxic, free of formaldehyde and APEO, completely environmental protection. Meet European and American environmental protection requirements.

2. High elasticity, self-crosslinking at room temperature, soft hand feeling, excellent washing fastness.

3. No mesh clogging, anti-back stick, high gloss, strong 3D solid sense.

APPLICATION

1. It is suitable for all kinds of cotton cloth and T/C fabric. It has high fastness and strong stereoscopic effect.

2. In order to achieve better washing effect, it is suggested that the crosslinking agent should be added properly. The general quantity is 1.5% - 2.5%.

3. To be used with matching adhesive of TY TexChem, the proportion based on different requirements, it should be at the discretion of customers themselves.

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - *5°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than *0% when without use.

Shelf life:  6    months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at *0kg kg / barrel, lined with double layer of PE polybag.
