SPECIFICATION / FUNCTION  

1, Water-based non-toxic, free of formaldehyde and APEO, completely environmental protection. Meet European and American environmental protection requirements.

2, Self-crosslinking at room temperature, good washing fastness.

APPLICATION

1, Screen selection: 800-1000 mesh, screen printing hard square knife, at 75 degree scraping 2-3 times;

2, Natural drying, it takes more than 24 hours, or 150 ℃ 1-3 minutes;

3. In order to achieve better washing effect, it is suggested that appropriate additives should be added. The general quantity is 0.5% to 2%.

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - 25°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than 60% when without use.

Shelf life:  6    months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at 50kg / barrel, lined with double layer of PE polybag.
