Textile printing by using imitating gold-glittering paste or imitating silver-pressing paste, this isa kind of similar pearl flickering light printed on the fabric, shining in sunlight or strong light, shining pearl like luster, embellished with a brilliant printing pattern. It is a special material coated with titanium film and coated with titanium dioxide, and the refractive index can reach level 3.6. Titanium dioxide has good compatibility with other chemicals, such as clothing auxiliaries, acid resistance, high temperature resistance, good hand touch feeling, good flash effect, good stability of imitating bronzing paste, and prolonged exposure to the air does not darken

It is widely used and easy to operate, which can save energy, avoid secondary pollution and realize clean production. It is a new environmental protection printing material.

1. Water-based non-toxic, free of formaldehyde and APEO, completely environmental protection. Meet European and American environmental protection requirements. However, the PE film left after stamping the gold foil has a certain pollution to the environment.

2. High brightness, soft hand feeling, excellent fastness, good elasticity.

3. The process of imitating gold / silver paste printing is simple and the printing can be formed at one time. However, the printing process of gold stamping should begin with the printing of bronzing paste and then the transfer of gold by heat, the process is relatively complex.

4. Imitation bronzing (gold) / silver paste goes through the net dot, produces excessive color, the color tone can be adjusted at will in the printing.

5. For higher fastness and washing, it is recommended to add 2% TY-35B.

In the process of using the adjustable color imitating gold (silver) paste, firstly, when the color is adjusted, the water-based color paste is added directly to the inner color of the paste according to the design pattern. Secondly, in order to reduce the production cost and improve the competitiveness, it is suggested that the printing factory should base on the flat surface of the substrate with transparent pulp, and then cover with imitated gold (silver) pulp in order to reduce the production cost and improve the competitiveness. After the completion of the printing process, there is the effect of bronzing paste printing, and the water resistance and friction resistance of the imitated gold (silver) paste printing is superior to that of the gold paste printing.

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - 25°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than 60% when without use.

Shelf life:  6    months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at 25kg (white round barrel), 50 kg(blue PE barrel) / barrel, lined with double layer of PE polybag.

Transportation:Non-dangerous goods
