SPECIFICATION / FUNCTION  

This product has excellent degradability for all kinds of sizing materials, especially chemical slurry, and is the best assistant for deboiling process.

It has a wide range of applications, and can be used for desizing and boiling of all kinds of sizing materials. It has excellent peeling, crushing and emulsifying properties for chemical slurry. It can significantly improve the whiteness of pretreatment and the effect of removing impurities.

APPLICATION

Continuous desizing & boiling unifying process

The recommended formula is as follows：

High efficiency deboil powder ***5g/L;  NaoH ****5g/L; Penetrating agent **5g/L;  Chelating dispersant  **5g/L

Destroy cloth →singeing →dipping & padding deboiling powder（****0℃）→ decatizing **2℃（*0 minutes *0 minutes )→ hot water washing →Oxygen bleaching

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - *5°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than *0% when without use.

Shelf life:  *2    months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at **5 kg / barrel
