TY-L*0 is a low viscosity, moderate-size water-based acrylic emulsion, no containing phthalate and other non-environmental substances. Formaldehyde contents less than *0 ppm, suitable for various fabric fields that environmental protection and high performance requirements are needed.
Soft film-forming, good water resistance, high Washing fastness,excellent elasticity and flexibility, etc.

Application
TY-L*0 is a widely used emulsion, especially suitable for medium-and low-grade printing paste. Can be used to:
● Non-heated mortar
● High water-resistant mortar
● High elastic mortar
● Medium and low grade white paste and transparency
Processes 
If printing adhesives are produced by using high-speed equipment (such as high-speed dispersers), it is recommended that sufficient quantities of dispersants and wetting agents are added and dispersed in alkaline media, especially high viscosity adhesives, the powder should be dispersed evenly with all the additives before adding the powder.
1、TY-L*0 has good compatibility and adhesive ability for general pigments and fillers. The amount of pigments and fillers can be changed in a large range. TY-L*0 is especially suitable for middle and low grade products, the corresponding amount of pigments and fillers is more used, so the amount of dispersant can be increased in the process.

2、Based on TY-l*0 thickening agent is usually needed for printing paste. Suitable thickener is cellulose ether with medium viscosity or high viscosity, polyacrylic acid, polyurethane or bentonite, water-soluble polymer thickener. The choice of thickener depends on the requirements of product smoothness or thixotropy.
4、TY-L*0 itself contains defoamer, but it is not enough to provide the effect of defoaming in the preparation of printing adhesive paste. It is necessary to add appropriate amount of defoamer to achieve the anti-foaming effect.
5、Although measures have been taken to prevent microbial growth in TY-l*0, appropriate preservatives must be added to the finished product to ensure long-term storage stability. The compatibility and effectiveness of preservatives should be tested in advance.
6、Due to the influence of many factors in the process of production and use, users are invited to optimize production according to their own test results based on TY-l*0 before production, which should include testing the stability of product viscosity at *0 ℃, etc.
Safety, storage and transportation
Safety: TY-L*0 contains technically unavoidable trace-volatile organics, which, according to our experience and other information available, is harmless to human health for the intended use and compliance with correct industrial norms.
It is a must to observe the usual precautions for storing and transporting chemicals and measures specified in local hygiene conditions. The workplace must be well ventilated, operators should take measures to protect the skin and wear protective glasses to protect eyes.
Storage: It is a must to avoid TY-L*0 from contacting with metals such as iron, copper and zinc. Packaging must be sealed to avoid from heating and freezing.
Shelf life:  *2   months, the barrels should be stored in a cool, ventilated place and stored at ****0 ℃. Transport:  In the transportation process, the environment should not be lower than 5 ℃, otherwise, freeze-thaw or demulsification will be caused.
