TY***0 omnipotent film is a weak cationic compound synthesized mainly from fatty acids.
 
Characteristics and advantages
1. Powerful versatility, high cost-performance, soft, loose and thick feel outstanding. 2. Acid resistance, electrolyte resistance, emulsion stability, no stratification, no oil floating, can be used in the vat.
3. Quick at water-solubility, can be hydrated at room temperature, less foam.
4. Good compounding, can be used in the same bath with silicone oil and other finishing agents.
5. Green ecol auxiliary, does not contain APEO, NPEO, to conform to China GB, Europe and America RoHs environmental protection standard.

Range of Application
1. Dye-works: Soft finish of cotton and blended yarns and fabrics.
2. Washing plant: Soft, fluffy finish of denim, water wash, sweater, etc.
3. Towel factory: After finishing towel can be made as plump, soft, loose and thick.
 
Dilution and Process
1 splits *0: A package of versatile TY***0 softener flakes is used for **0kg per vat/cylinder, dilution at room-temperature, mixing and filtering can be used.

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT   
It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.
 
Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - *5°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than *0% when without use.
Shelf life:  6    months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.
Packing: Plastic barrel at *5 kg / barrel, lined with double layer of PE polybag.
