Contract Procedure.

Price: $*0,**0/KG CIF  include $***0/kg commission for buyer side.

1.  Seller and Buyer sign SPA Contract, Buyer Bank releases Proof of Funds   MT**9 RWA or SBLC 

2. Within 5 days after signing of this SPA Contract, and  MT**9 RWA (or SBLC) Non-operative is issued. 

3.  Seller sends PB2% to activate the Non-operarative MT**9 RWA and SBLC. 4. Commence Monthly Delivery

5. The Buyer will meet the Seller at the BUYER\'S Airport. Buyer will assist Seller on best endeavor efforts  to clear the Customs Clearance of the Gold for import, Buyer and Seller moves the Gold to Buyer Refinery (XXXXXXX Please Refinery Name and Address XXXXXXXXXX).

6. Upon arrival at Buyer Country Airport, Buyer is responsible for all import Taxes and Customs duties as the Country Law Required, Buyers provide his Security from the Airport to Buyer Refinery were all Assay will be done, all costs to be deducted from the purchase price

7. ​Buyers Designated Refinery shall present the Final Assay Report within (2 to 3) Business days after acceptance of the Commodity at the Refinery. 

8. ​The Buyer pays for the Gold as per described in the present Agreement terms.

9.  Seller shall remain the owner of the commodity until Seller has received full payment as set forth in the Agreement including all Commission made for brokers.

*0.After payment of the first batch, Seller shall hand over the Title of Gold from Seller to the Buyer or Buyer\'s Designated Entity once the Payment in full is made in accordance with the SPA. 

*1.Seller confirms and warrants that Title of the Gold to be sold herein will be free and clear of any and all liens and/or encumbrances and shall be of legal origin.
