New non-silicon smoothing agent, free of silicone oil.

1. Excellent smooth, waxy, clean style.

3. Strengthen the tear strength of fabric to prevent slippage finishing.

Dipping/Impregnating

TY-7           2-5%(o.w.f)

Bath ratio　　　1:10

Temperature    Normal temperature

Time　　　   15-30minutes

WhenpH is less than6.0, better effect can be had.

Padding   TY-7  20-50g/L，single-dip-single-nip padding or double-dip-double-nip padding。

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - 25°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than 60% when without use.

Shelf life:  6    months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at50kg kg / barrel, lined with double layer of PE polybag.
