DESCRIPTION

TY-123 is a polymer emulsion polymerized with high viscosity modified silicone polysiloxane. It is a new generation of bright finishing agent for denim. 

CHARACTERISTICS & ADVANTAGES

1. With excellent gloss, bright color, smooth feel is also prominent.

2. Emulsion stability, no layering (lamination) and nodrifting oil.

3. It can be used in the same bath with most silicone softeners and other textile auxiliaries. It is suitable for wide application in finishing.

PROCESS

This is a high-concentrated product, 1splits 4, aportion ofdenim brightener TY-123, threeportions of water, stir well. 

Spraying process   1 splits 4, after dilution, spray, dry orstoving.

Dipping/Impregnating process  600 lbs for a machine,2-3 kgs ofTY-123 diluent solution

Note: This process is for reference only.Atest should be done before production for confirmation and stir well before use. 

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - 25°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than 60% when without use.

Shelf life:  6   months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at 125 kg / barrel.
