PRODUCT NAME:TY-148 Environment-friendly iron-free resin

DESCRIPTION

TY-148 is a kind of polyhydroxymethyl active synthetic resin. It is different from the synthetic products of polyamines and formaldehyde resins, and it is also widely used in fabric finishing. Comply with international environmental protection requirements.

APPLIED RANGE

It is often used to finish woven fabric without ironing, so that it can beworn afterwashing.  Suitable for denim wrinkling, shaping, finishing ofcat\'s whisker.

Time　　　   15-30minutes

When pH is less than 6. 0, the effect is better. 

Padding

TY-148  100-250g/L，single-dip-single-nip padding or double-dip-double-nip padding。

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - 25°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than 60% when without use.

Shelf life:  6   months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at50kg,125 kg / barrel, lined with double layer of PE polybag.
