TY-8038 is polymerized by polymer.

PROCESS

Please add thickener to silicone emulsion according toactual viscosity requirement. Dosage:1-2%。

In the stirring state add to the silicone oil emulsion slowly to achieve the desired viscosity.

Note: This process is for reference only.Atest should be done before production for confirmation and stir well before use. 

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - 25°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than 60% when without use.

Shelf life:  6    months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at 125 kg / barrel, lined with double layer of PE polybag.
